Before couple months not good but now Working fine after finish uploading

Recently the app logs in but does not connect to server. It gets message "Error contacting Provisioning Server "
Update: Since the Samsung update to ui 2.1 on June 8, 2021 my microphone no longer works in the app, I've ve contacted samsung and acn to correct it multiple times but was unsuccessful. I'm very disappointed 😞
